CEL 046—2025 Energy Efficiency Labeling Rules

The Implementation Rules for Energy Efficiency Labeling of Tower and Rack Servers came into effect on December 1, 2025. These rules apply to single-socket and dual-socket general-purpose servers as defined in GB 43630-2023. The rules do not apply to storage servers (that do not perform computing tasks), full-cabinet servers, multi-node systems, or high-performance computing (HPC) systems.

This product complies with the Implementation Rules for Energy Efficiency Labeling of Tower and Rack Servers (corresponding to GB 43630-2023 and CEL 046—2025) and has been affixed with an energy efficiency label in accordance with CEL 046 requirements. The product’s energy efficiency grade can be obtained by scanning the QR code on the label or by visiting the official website.
