This update package contains production-level system software updates and update utilities for the G4520G6U2BC-N server platform.

The firmware update process includes the following four components.

            1. PCIe Swtich

            2. BMC Firmware

            3. CPLD Firmware

            4. BIOS Firmware

To ensure compatibility and a successful update, the firmware must be updated in the following sequence:

PCIe Switch (v0310) → BMC (v2.05) → CPLD (v1.02) → BIOS (v2.00)

Following this update order is mandatory to prevent compatibility issues and ensure that the firmware update process completes successfully.

No update is required if you are already on the latest version.

System limitations:

When updating BMC FW from v1.02 to v2.05, the current BMC password will be cleared and reset to the default password (0penBmc123).
